Helsingfors, Dec. 28. The Minister of Defence, General Oksala, states that Colonel Asplund, manager of the biggest munition factory in Finland, who died in April 1932, was poisoned. A powerful espionage group, with iheadquarters in Helsingfors, is believed to be connected with a French organisation. General Oksala adds . that thrse others connected with the factory tvere poisoned and attenipts 'were imade on the lives of other army technicians. Twenty have bsen arrested. They include a young attractive girl w-hom ihigh officers employed.
