NEW ELEVATORS NECESSARY TO DEAL iWITH OUTPUT

(Rec. Dec. 28.) Moscow, Dec. 27-. The S-oviet's total grain deliyeries are now completed. The aggreigjate is 21 per cent. in excess of that of last year, necessitating the provision of new elevators. This is the first time all the grain has been brought in hefore the due date of colleetion. The State fhrms contrihuted 90 per cent. oif the total output, compared with 75 per cent. in 1931.
