Most of the newspapers favourably comment on the verdict in the Reichstag fire trial. { The Daily Telegraph says: lne honour of the Supreme Court, and with it of German justice, has beeri fully vindicated." The Manchester Guardian says: "The court has the courage to perform its duty of considering the evidence on its merits."
