ROTORUA CLUB’S ANNUAL XMAS TOURNAMENT OPENS

PAIRS COMPETITION iThe annual Christmas tournament of the Rotorua Bowling Club opened yesterday under ideal conditions. The green was playing exceptionally well and entries are regarded as most satisfactory. When play ceased yesterday, E. Snelling and A. Frenclh were leading in ithe skips section with six wins apiece and W. Rowe, in the leads section with a similar number of wins. Yesterday's results were as follows: —
