London, Dec. 25. The Prince of Wales has s-old 141 acres of Kennington Estates surrounding the Oval to the London County Council to aid the scheme for slum clearance. A county council official described the Prince's action as a great gesture without which a rapid start in cleia-rance would have been impossihle.
