Rugby, Dec. 21. The Prime Minister stated in reply to a question in the House of Commons that it was not proposed that any British Minister should during i the Parliamentary recess visit offfi cially European capitals in connection with disarmament. As Sir John Simon was taking his Christmlas holiday in Italy, however, it was possible that he might take any opportunities which arose of seeing the meinbers of Governments through whhse capitals he may pass.
