A NEWSPAPER SEIZED
(Rec. 7.10 p.m.) London, Dec. 21. Detectives entered the premises of the newspaper An Phoiblacht, seized all copy and simultaneously confiscated the latest issue containing General O'Duffy's undelivered speeeh. It is understood fhat the police acted on instructions from the military tribunal. The Daily Mail's Duhlin correspondent says that Mr. Cosgrave has been appointed president of the United Ireland Party in General O'Duffy's absence and Mr. Blythe is acting as depqty director of the League of Youth,
