MASKED MAN ROBS MOTORMAN IN WANGANUI TRAMSHEDS

Wanganui, Sunday. A masked man, armed with a revolver, held-up a motorman in one of the Wanganui Corporation's tramsheds to-nig-ht and escaped with £3 in cash. Only two men were on the premises at the time, the motorman and the nightwatchman. The latter had just left the office and was away in the tram barn, when the hold-up took place."
