DISARMAMENT
Rugby, Dec. 14. Sir Eric Phipps, British Ambass;ador at Berlin, at the request of the Government has come to London for consultation and discussion on the disarmament question. He proeeeded to the Foreign 'Office where he had a long conversation with Sir John Simpn. Lord Tyrell, the British Ambassador in Paris, a few days ago also paid a short visit to London for a similar purpose.
