'W)oollen pom-poms finish the ends of belts ahd thick white cord is used to tie the h'alter necks of the handkerchief blouses of beach pyj'amas. LAnchors are embroidered on beach shorts and shirts, metal anchors adorn enormous cartwheel hats of white lirien and also dangle on the tie-ends on a white pique hlouse. New surfsuits show corduroy and rihhed weaves, pipings of dialg.onal stripes, yokes adorned with embroidered spots, perky hows o'n the shoulder-stnapsj and unusual contrast strappings.
