He is not in Dublin and. his moveents are shrouded in mystery. Dublin, Dec. 11. General O'Duffy secretly consnlted 3 suppoi'ters in Dublin and departed a closed car for a hiding place in mth Ireland to which only six perns are privy. He does not desire be arrested, at least until he has rfected his plans for the Blue Shirt mpaign. General O'Duffy may disclose his hereabouts on December 13 and (fy the Government to arrest him.
