Rec. Dec. 9. London, Dec. 8. Tho Guardian reports that the first ship to fly the Palestipe flag for 1000 years is the trading schooner Emanuel. All the crew are Jewish as well as'/the ownership. . . The flag contains two homzontai sections, the upper white with the star of David superimposed. -
