Wellington, Saturday. The Summertime Bill, providing f or a six weeks' extension of the duration of the- half-hourly daylight saving, was passed by the House of Representatives to-night. The hope was expressed by several members that the measure would be the forerunner of the full hour of daylight saying all the year round. Six other bills were also passed. These included Transport, Post and Telegraph, Harbours and Trustee Bills. .
