The reminders include France, Poland, Belgium, Esthonia and Hungary. •Th'e remainder, excluding Finland who paid in full, offer token payment the majority of the offers being less than those made when the last instalment fell due. (Britain is prepared to pay £7,500,000 on the amount due. Previously she paicT £10,000,000 on the £75,950,000 due.
