INTOXICATED DRIVER

Silas Hicks Palmer (28), was fiped £20, with costs, in default one month imprisonment on a chqrge of intoxication while in charge of a car, and he was debarred from obtaining a driver's license for 12 months. He was also fined 10s for having no license. Accused's car hit another- car on the Hutt Road and took a wheel off it.
