HAMILTON DISTRICT IN THE MATTER of "The Trustee Act, 1908," Section 74: AND IN THE MATTER of the Estate of ROBERT KIRK, late of Rotorua in the Provincial District of Auckland in the Dominion of New Zealand Gentleman, deceased. PURSUANT to an Order made by a Judge of the Supreme Court of New Zealand on Saturday the 18th day of November, 1933. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all creditors and other persons having claims against the estate of the above-named ROBERT KIRK, who died on or about the 17th day of June, 1933, and Probate of whose Will and two Codicils thereto was granted on the 5th day of August, 1933, are hereby required to send in their claims together with written particulars thereof to his executor, THE NEW ZEALAND INSURANCE COMPANY, LIMITED, at its office in Queen Street in the City of Auckland, on or before the 15th day of January, 1934. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN by the executor that after the 15th day of January, 1934, the executor proposes to distribute the assets of the deceased amongst the parties entitled thereto having regard to the claims of which the executor has then notice, and in such event, pursuant to ' Section .74 ' of "The Trustee Act, 1908"# the executor having given the notice directed by the aforesaid Order will not be liable for the assets so distributed to any person of whose claim the executor had no notice at the time of disti'ibution of the said assets.
