(Rec. Nov. 27, .7.50 p.m.) San Francisco, Nov. 27 The body of Mr. Brooke Hart was found by two duck-shooters in the bay to-day badly battered' and mutilated. It was identiffed by the clothing. State .officials expect that the finding of the remains will make an ironclad case against the kidnappers. The officials have ordered extra guards for the gaol in order to prev.ent p.ossible mob actionMr. Brooke Hart, the son of a Californian millionaire, was kidnapped in the open street by two men in a motor car. He was battered and thrown into the water and the miscreants afterwards demanded a ransom of 40,000 dollar s from his father. However, foul play was snspected and apparently the two men have heen arrested.
