States dollar revaluation programme, and is leaving the issue with the acting secretary, Mr. Morgenthau, while he continues his vacation. This is accepted here as the President's an'swer to the resignqtion of Df. Sprague and his proposal 'to ofganise a movement against the administration's monetary programme. Mr. Stephen T. Early, the President's secretary, replying to questions said Dr. Sprague's action v/ill noi affect the monetary programme. Dr. Sprague has not been seen in the President's monetary conferences since the London Economic Conferenee.
