JOLLY FUNCTION AT NGONGOTAHA % VALLEY. A very enjoyable birthday dance was given by Mrs. P. Castleton at her home in Ngongotaha Valky for Mr. Gordon White last Thursday eyendng. "The ballroom had been most lartistically decorated 'with green and gold sireapiers and f estoons of Chinese lahterns -added greatly to the general effect. * "To repeive her guests the hostess wore a g'own of wine charmeuse.
