EXACT REPETITION EVERY TWENTY-THREE YEARS

Cambridge, Mass. Nov. 20 Weather everywhere substantially repeats itself every 23 years. This discovery was announced by Dr. Charles Abbot, who has devoted the last 30 years to research in the connection between the activities of the sun and weather. It is believed tbat if Dr. Abbot's discovery is substantiated a method of long range weather forecasting will be practicable. Next year's world's weather will be the samH as in 1911, and this year's weather will be again experienced in 1956.
