ANOTHER AD J OURNMENT (Rec. 10.5 p.m.) Geneva, Nov. 20. There are persistent rumours that the Disarmament Conference is to be adjourned in January in compliance with "Italy's wishes. It is the general opinion that as the agreement of October 14 failed to result in an understanding, time must be given to break new ground.
