Rec. 7 p.m. Munich, Nov. 20. The Premier of Bavaria, Herr Siebert deplores the Catholic Church s lack of enthusiasm towards Herr Hitler. He complains that the Bavarian bishop's manifesto is lukewarm regarding Nazi achievements and recalle4 also the Catholic dignatory's declaration that he could not serve the Reiqh wholeheartedly owing to its anti-Catholic rheasures. Herr Siebert added that an end must be made to the church's influence in secular affairs and youth movements.
