TANEATUA JUNIOR BRANCH CELEBRATES FIRST BIRTHDAY The Taneatua branch of the J.D.F.U. celebrated its first birthday on last Friday evening when a very happy social evening was spent in dancing and games with musical contributions from various members of the branch. The members of the committee served a very dainty supper. Among those present were: — Mesdames Mitchell, Peebles, Grace, Martin, Varley, Noble, Hayward, Tocker, Attwood, Farquhar, Benson, Walker, Webster, Olen, Nicholson, Ball, Stock. Misses McNaughton (Opotiki), Pennell (Opotiki), Butterworth (Opotiki), Derecourt, Melville, Davies, M. Shepherd, E. Clements, M. Rae, N. Reid, R. Skiffington, K. Grace, I. Grace, P. Hayward, E.
