San Francisco, Nov. 17 Federal agents to ?day revealed that one of the two confessed kidnappers and murderers of Mr. Brooke Hart fired shots from a revolver into the

victim as the latter struggled in the waters of San Francisco Bay late on Thursday night. Officials state that th'e kidnappers planned from the start to kill Hart, never intendicg to return him on payment of a 40,000 dollar ransom. In this respect the case was described as resemhling those of the Lindhergh baby, and of Marion Parker, of Los Angeles, in 1927. It is alleged that the kidnappers admitted buying wire for binding and blocks of stucco cement with which to slug Hart and weight the body.
