BRITISH REPRESENTATIVES RETURNING TO THE CONFERENCE

Rugby, Nov. 17. Sir John Simon and Captain Eden will leave London this afternoon to participate in fresh Geneva conversations, which will begin to-morrow. It is hoped and expected that representatives of the Italian and other Governments will take part. Meanwhile the British Government continues extremely anxious that the work of the Disarmament Conference shall be carried forward.
