BRITISH REPRESENTATIVES TO AGAIN VISIT GENEVA

London, November 16. Britain is taking a new initiative in regard to disarmament. S.ir John Simon and Gaptain R. A. Eden are going to Geneva on Friday to consult Mr. Arthur Henderson and the representatives of France, Italy and the United States. The conversations aim at re-start-ing the Disarmament Conference, on the basis of the British draft convention.
