INTER-ALLIED REPORT MAKES STARTLING REVELATIONS QUANTITIES OF HIDDEN ARMS

Brussels, Niv. 15. Vital portions of the Inter-Allied Commission of Control report, kept secret since 1927, have at last been published at the instance of a.Belgiuna Senator, who contends that Germany has never disarmed. The report declares that quantities of hidden arms and war material existed in Germany. Budgetary provision for the German army has annually increased. The army was recruited and reorganised according to tho peace treaty, but the regulations were based on the forees of a great power. Preparations for war were the fmal object of the training. The police were militarised, and youths were given military training in close alliance, with the Reichswehr. Germany had erected new fortifications contrary to the Versailles Treaty.
