INCLUSION NOT WANTED (Rec. 8 p.m.) Lond'on, Nov. 15. Mr. de Valera, replying to Mr. Thomas says that the Irish people never sought the responsibilities and privileges of membership of the British Commonwealth. They made an unmistakeable choice in 1918. Those who submitted later to the treaty of 1921 did not abandon the republic for the privileges to which Mr Thomas referred.
