Official news from Kahui says that all provinces except Distant Herat have tendered allegiance to the King There is tranquility throughout the C°Impressive mourning ceremonies for the late King concluded yesterday. The opinion of New Delhi is that the assassination was not so much associated with a plot to restore ex~ King Amanullah to the throne as a fanatical act to avenge GhulmanNebi; a former Afghan general, who wa. executed for trpason. The British Government will undoubtedly maintain present diplomatic relationship with the new ruler.
