THE ULSTER ELECTIONS
INVITATIONS FROM BELFAST Dublin, Nov. 12. Mr. De Valera refused to confirm the report that he and his co-ministers of the Irish Free State may contest Ulster seats, but it is believed that •members of the Fianna Fail who are in the Dail, and who live on the border, may be candidates. The Irish press states that after a conference of Belfast republicans in Northern Ireland, Mr. De Valera and his colleagues were invited to become candidates in Ulster.
