FLUNGE CITY INTO DARKNESS DURING SPEECH BY DR. DOLLFUSS Rec. Nov. 6. Vienna, Nov. 5. The Nazis cut the electrie cables and plunged the city of Klagenfurt in darkness immediately Dr. Dollfuss began his speech. Considerable panic followed and this was increased by the explosions of smoke bombs throughout the city. Dr. Dollfuss was unperturbed and continued his speech by torchlight until the electric lights were restored an hour later.
