' BRIDE'S SON AS BEST MAN A couple who have 18 children between them were married at Holy 'Trinity Church Ilkeston, Derbyshire, reeently. The bridegroom was Mr. ,Alec Shaw, a 68-year-old widower with eight children, and the bride Mrs. Mabel Booth, 52, a widow with 10 children. A son of ihe bride acted as best man. and a daughter-in-law of the bridegroom was a matron of honour. A large crowd was at the church.
