makes two attempts to blow open safe MINISTER'S SHOP ENTERED

Feilding, Monday. The , Hon. J. . G. Cobbe's drapery premises at Feilding were burgled'.on Sunday night. The intruder smashed a back window to gain entrance and used an explosive on the strongro.om door without success, only *the lock being ..broken, and the levers .held f ast. An explosive was also used :on the brickwork at the side of the safe, .without effective results.' -The hurglar took some articles o.f clothing. . This is the second burglary m this ' shop in six months.
