THE FASCIST INVASION (Rec. 6.30 p.m.) Rome, October 29 Signor Mussolini's message to the people on the eleventh anniversary of the march on Rome, on October 28 challenges democratic party government and says that old doctrines are eapitulating everywhere. The newspapers print maps showing how Fascism has crossed the frontiers of Italy into Germany and Austria. They are coloured grey and the grey arrows unquestionably point to Gleat Britain.
