QUESTION TO BE ASKED IN THE HOUSE OF COMMONS

(Rec. 10.15 p.m.) London, October 27 Mr. J. McGovern, declaring that he has fresh information concerning Lieutenant Baillie Stewart (including the address of the woman, Mary Louise), indicating that the charges constituted "a f rame-up," ■ is to ask a question in Parliament thereon in November. Lt. Baillie Stewart was charged and convicted some months ago for selling military information in Germany. Mary Louise was mentioned as the woman who betrayed him.
