Surprise j | is caused at the fact that the foreign ■ I journalists are suffering the same j liigh-handedness as the Germans, es- j pecially in view of the fact that a j member of the Bavarian Cabinet, | \ Herr Esser, recently invited them to j | go anywhere with thcir eyes and ears i open because "we have nothing to conceal." A well known German journalist, Herr Josef Ackermann, has been axrested in Bavaria on suspicion of being one of the sources of Mr. Panter's infonnation. Mr. Panter, an English journalist was arrested on suspicion of espionage.
