PREPARING MEASURES FOR THE NEXT SESSION

Rugby, October 25. At a long sitting: of the Cabinet the legislative proposals to come before Parliament were under considcration. Parliament will re-assemlble on, Tuesday, Novemher 7, but the prorogation will follow shortly afterwards, and after a brief interval the new session will open on Nevember 21. The most important Bill to be placed before Parliament when the session opens' twill be that for extending the scope of 'the unemployment insuranee scheme. It is understood the clanses in the Draft Bill were subjected to close examination at today's sitting of the Cabinet.
