Calcutta, Oct. 25. Armed with revolvers and daggers , number of youths raided a naoving rain crowded with passengers at [nrigram, North Bengal. Travelling swiftly from carriage to arriage they forced the panic-stick-n passengers to give up their money nd jewels. A number who refused were atacked and injured. The nearby vilagers, hearing of the raid, i-ushed to ho rescue but the raiders decamped. Jotikana Dutt, a Diocesan College rirl student, has been sentenced to 'our years' hard labour for possessng revolvers and ammunition, which ihe had hidden in a bag. The above message no doubt has L'ef erence to the campaign for the suppression of terrorists in India. It was recently veported that the extreme movemcnt had naany adherents amongst the students of both sexes in the Indian centres.
