(Rec. 7 p.m.) London, October 26. The Daily Telegraph's Berlin corspondent says that the British Amssador, Sir E. Phipps, has handed British Note to the German Govnment asking for an explanation of e arrest of Mr. Noel Tanter, the aily Telegraph's correspondent in unich, who was taken into custody r the political police.
