PRINCE'S EARS BOXED

Paul de Cassagnac, a Paris journalist, to 'his seconds after their meeting recently with the seconds of the Prince. It was decided ; that the duel should not he fought. • It was argued on the Prince's side that he was not physically fit for a duel, and also that, as refugee, he . could not break the law o'f France.
