Rome, October 22. At Ancona Captain Pietro S'capinelli, flying the seaplane used recently 'by Colonel Fassinelli when ^ he created a new record of 395.32 miles an hour, averaged 372 miles an hour for half an hour. He is the first winner of a cup presented by M. Bleriot, the French aviator, to replace the Schneider Trophy.
