TEXTILE AGREEMENT
Calcutta, Oetober 18. India and Japan have almost reached an agreement ilx negotiations regarding the cotton trade. The oiily Outstandirig difficulty is- that India wants to limit the Japanese imports of piece goods to 330,000,000 yards annually whereas Japan is demanding 440,000,000 yards.
