RE1PORT FROM OFFICERS BEFORE THE BOARD Wellington, Monday. At the mo'nthly meeting of the Rural Intermediate Credits Board, the Commissioner, Mr. J. W. McDonald, submitted a report on a coriference between the princip'al district represenltativds ahd the executive officers of the head offiee h'eld recently in Wellington. A number of recommendations made by the conference was approved. The board further approved of a proposal to revive the powers of district supervisors in respect of loans grarited by the board direct to farmers.
