NAVY GOES OVER TO REBELS WHO COMMAND THE ARSENAL TROUBLE SPREADING

(Rec. 7 p.m.) Singapoi-e, Octdber 16 Passengers from Bangkok (Siam) report that the revolution which has broken out there is spreading. The navy has now gone over to the rebels who are in possession of the arsenal with the result that the Government forces have no ammunition beyond small stocks which they are holding. The rebels captured P-'etchaburi, an important railway station on the line connecting Siam and Malaya eutting off communication with the latter country.
