Minister oil Health and the Director of Dentall Hygiene, Wellington, asking that en.l deavours he made to retain the pre-B sent clinic rooms in the King GeorgeB V. Hospital in the event of the hos-B pital being taken over hy the 7/ai-B kato Hospital Board. B The director had replied that thB committee would he assisted in 1!i::B direction and a reply had also heerH received from the Minister statingB that the question would require to tui discussed with the Waikato HospitaiB Board, in the event of a change « control oecurring. As an alternativiB the Minister suggested that assistansH with building materials might w provided ' for the erection of a ne?H building. g The chairman, Mr. B. M. Green, en pressed dissatisfaction with the repB from the Minister and remarked ihB it practically "promised nothing." B
