BUYING IN ROTORUA
W. R
. HARRIS
(To the Editor.) Sir, — Please allow me space in your columns to defend myself as president of the Rotorua Chamber of Commerce, re a request from that body ' that the council purcbase goods locally were possible. A reply to that letter was all that was necessary, not a repetition of a "casual street conversation which took place between the town clerk and myself. I am very surprised that the council allow.ed these personal remarks to be published in a reply to a business lpf.t.pr. — T am. etc..
