GOOD LAMBING
No definite returns with regard to "lambing percentages have yet been received hy the Agricultural Department, hut it is safe to say that the season has been a very satisfactory one in this district. The weather has heen exceptionally good, the general absence 0f cold winds and rain giving the younig stock a beneficial start. Some farmers, however, appear to^ be leaving their docking a hit.late, The operation is calculated to put the lambs back a bit when it is left until they are well on in growth.
