THE PEACE PETITION
WANTED BY GERMANY Geneva, Oct. 11. Mr Henderson, chairman of the Disarmament Conference, fiatly refused to hand over to the German delegation the peace petition signed by thousands of Germans in 1932. Herr Goebels recently anxiously inquired as to the possibility of its return, suggested contemplated punishment of the signatories.
