' DECISION OF SEAMEN Wellington, Tuesday. Mr. J. Roberts, secretary of the New Zealand Alliance of Labour, states the Alliance has declared a public holiday for all affiliated unions from noon to-morrow as a mark of rsspect to the late Mr. Holland. , The Seamen's Union Exeeutive decided that the erews of all ports shall cease work from noon to 5 p.m.
