J Ruttledge) }n the Dail on "Wednesday whether the Government proposes prosecuting anyone in conneetion with the recent Tralee disturbances when General O'DufFy was assaulted and the laying of charges for forming an unlawful association and being unlawfully in possession of firearms. He will also ask whether, if any person is arrested, he will be dealt with by the special . military tribunal oi* whether this court is reserved by the Government for its opponents. A heated discussion is expeeted as members of the United Party wore the proscribed black shirts in the Dail.
